We made it to the trailhead this week. Boomer was very clear that he wanted to keep going, but for now, that’s where we stop.

We did have a little setback with the holiday excitement, so we took a couple days to rest. Ice, massages, and extra love. Today we did two five-minute walks and everything felt good. No limping.

Taking it slow and letting healing lead the way.
